We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for 4xmind services.
1. Overview
4xmind is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our challenge and funded account purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• No trades have been placed on the account
• The trading account has not been accessed or logged into
• You have not previously received a refund for the same account type within 30 days
Once any trade is placed or the account is accessed, the refund eligibility period expires regardless of the 24-hour window.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
• The account has been used for trading (even a single trade)
• The 24-hour window has passed since purchase
• The account was terminated due to rule violations
• The trader failed the challenge (profit target not met, drawdown breached)
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Account inactivity leading to suspension
Challenge fees are compensation for providing the evaluation environment and are considered earned upon account activation.
4. Free Retry Policy
Instead of a refund, 4xmind offers a free retry for 1-Step Challenge accounts under these conditions:
• You reached the profit target but failed due to a rule violation in the final stages
• A verified platform error caused your account to breach rules
Free retries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our Risk Team. To request a retry, contact support with your account details and explanation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your full name, registered email, and order number
3. Provide the reason for your refund request
4. Submit within 24 hours of purchase
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Cryptocurrency payments: Refunded in USDT equivalent at the time of refund
Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:
• Your 4xmind account will be immediately suspended
• Any funded accounts and pending payouts will be forfeited
• You will be permanently banned from the platform
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
8. Payout Reversals
Payouts that have been processed cannot be reversed unless:
• The payout was issued due to a system error
• Fraudulent activity is discovered after payout
• Trading rules were violated and not detected before payout processing
4xmind reserves the right to deduct incorrectly issued payouts from future withdrawals.
9. Changes to This Policy
4xmind reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
